Cue the violins!
It’s okay, it happens to the best of us! Sometimes I feel sad for no reason - what gives?! Whenever I’m in a mood these are the things I do to help get me out of a funk…
1. MAKE HOT CHOCOLATE
First thing’s first - make something warm and cozy like a tea, a coffee, or my personal favorite, HOT COCOA. I’ll drink a hot chocolate any time of year, nobody can stop me! My favorite is Ibarra Mexican Hot Chocolate and yes, it’s vegan :-)
